Experienced in Abrasive Blasting, Coating Application & AMPP Inspection

Jeffco’s staff includes experienced abrasive blasters, coating applicators, and NACE-certified inspectors. Our personnel undergo extensive internal and external training to ensure consistent workmanship and compliance with industry standards.

Jeffco follows AMPP standards and procedures for the training and certification of abrasive blasters, applicators, and inspectors, maintaining a workforce qualified to execute demanding industrial coating projects.

Quality Assurance & Quality Control

Jeffco’s Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) staff is experienced and qualified to perform all testing required under the NACE-Certified Inspector Program (NACE CIP). We have developed and maintain a comprehensive Quality Assurance Manual in support of our QP1 and QP2 certifications.

Our QA/QC program addresses management, personnel qualifications, job processes, training, safety, environmental compliance, quality control, and equiptment maintinenace.  As part of our commitment to transparency and accountability, we provide clients with daily progress reports and daily QA/QX reports documenting inspection results.
