 Jeffco is located 25 miles East of San Francisco, at the
former site of Mare Island Navel ShipYard, in Vallejo, California. Here on Mare Island,
our facility encompasses 3 buildings, 120,000 sq. ft., with 10 acres of laydown area. In
addition to these buildings, we have four 50 ft. x 150 ft. covered temporary buildings
used for staging and drying.The facility is equipped
with three blast booths, one wheel abrator and two paint booths. The largest blast booth
is 30ft. wide, 35ft. height and 60 ft long. The largest paint booth is 30ft. wide, 35ft.
height and 60 ft long. The blast and paint room has two 40,000 lb. bridge cranes that can
be connected in tandem.
Access to and from our facility is via truck rail and barge. Barges are
loaded and unloaded by a 200,000 lb. traveling deck crane.
